No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Assessment Data

During home assessments, we may collect data such as photographs of attic spaces, insulation, mechanical equipment, floor plan sketches, and other property details necessary to complete the assessment. This data may also be used for internal research and service improvement in anonymized, non-identifiable form. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Ambience AI & Data Retention

When you use our AI Chat feature, questions you submit and any associated email address may be used to improve our services and customer support. This information is never sold to third parties and is retained for a maximum of one year, after which it is deleted.
